Students Take On The Daily Mile

Year 7 students took part in the Daily Mile on Wednesday morning. The Daily Mile is a nationwide strategy aimed at schools promoting social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing, as well as fitness, resulting in students being more focused in the classroom.

All students participated fully, completing the mile and gaining thousands of steps. Some decided to run, others walked.

Due to timetable constraints, the school will be completing the mile as a weekly activity, every Wednesday morning, weather permitting.
