Bury College after school clubs

Little Lever School works very closely with Bury College and has forged great links in providing Little Lever students with exciting post-16 opportunities and careers guidance. The school would like to share some of their after school provisions which our students are very welcome to sign up to.

The college now runs the following four after school clubs:

Chef Club: Perfect for those interested in a career in catering or who are wanting to develop their cooking skills and learn how to make tasty starters, mains and desserts! They also have the chance to work in a professional kitchen.

Style School: An exciting after school club for pupils with a flair for Hair and Beauty and for those interested in pursuing a career within the industry. These sessions will allow them  to learn and develop their skills in manicuring, basic make-up techniques, styling hair and temporary hair colouring.

Trade School: An exciting after school club for students who have an interest in working within the construction industry. We offer 5 different courses in the following areas:

Plumbing Carpentry & Joinery Brickwork Electrical Installation Plastering

Performing Arts Academy:

Our afterschool workshops are designed for those with a flair and passion for Performing Arts and who wish to develop their existing skills. Our engaging training classes, run by industry professionals, help them to hone your singing, dancing and/or acting abilities.

After the completion of each course students gain a medal and a certificate.

If any of our students are interested, and would like any more information or would like to book a place on the course please feel free to contact:
