Perfect Climate

The Perfect Climate

Whilst the principles of the ‘Respect Charter’ underpin the behaviour we expect of pupils at all times, the school also has clear guidelines for how pupils are expected to behave in lessons. The ‘Perfect Climate’ was introduced in September 2013 as a means of eradicating any low-level disruption which might hinder progress in lessons and affect the general climate for learning in the classroom at Little Lever. In order to support staff in school, ‘Perfect Climate’ spot checks are carried out on a rota by members of the SLT, with every lesson in the week being covered by this.

‘Perfect Climate’ signage is displayed in every classroom as a reminder to pupils of what we expect in lessons.
